The TOP THAT! Crop Room:
We will assign your seat for the entire weekend to allow you to leave out all your stuff until time to pack up on Sunday. No cleaning up! We will automatically sit you next to your roommates, but if there are other scrappers you would like to sit with, please email me at wecantopthat@hotmail.com. If you are coming alone, don't worry we will put you with a great group of ladies!! You will have access to the secure cropping room around the clock. No matter what, a staff member will be in the crop room at all times. This will allow you to stay up late or get up early. Whatever you choose we will be there for you!
Since our husbands don't understand how in the world we need all that "stuff" to scrapbook with, we are allowing you an extra table or similar table to be close by to use per group for your Cricuts, laptops, printers, etc. Check with me before you carry this table in, you might be close to an outlet table and not need it after all!!
Please be sure to bring your comfy clothes which should include a sweater/sweatshirt and your fuzzy slippers. It is hard to regulate the temperature in such a large room. Please limit your radios to those with headphones; although we will have a radio playing and would be happy to rotate your CD's to accommodate everyone. Since electrical outlets are limited, be sure and pack your extension cords and duct tape. Let me know if you need an outlet and I will do my best while assigning seats.
The Top That! Clearance Table:
The clearance table will be available for those of you who want to sell off your unwanted scrapbook supplies. Please feel free to pre-make layouts, die cuts, etc. It is your responsibility to bag and/or tag your items clearly with your name and price. Scrappers will be responsible for finding the sellers and paying them. If you bring items to sell, please make sure you have change available. We will have a list with everyones names and table numbers posted above the table to make it easier.

Door Prizes And Games:
All door prizes and games will be played throughout the weekend. Although, some things will be specifically done on Saturday. Don't worry if you are out of the room and your name is called, we will save it for you!
