Join Top That! in Southwest Missouri for a 3 or 4-day, 2 or 3 night all-inclusive scrapbooking weekend! Our weekend starts on Friday and goes through Sunday. For you early birds, get a head start on your projects by joining us a day early and coming in on Thursday. You won't believe what a difference a day makes! Don't worry if you cant come until Friday, we understand!! We wont be doing any classes or giveaways until Friday/Saturday! So read on and see what best suits your schedule!! You will have the option to choose the regular weekend package of Friday-Sunday or come early on Thursday-Sunday on the fees page when signing up and paying your deposit! We hope to see you there! |
What is the Top That! Thursday Night Bonus Package? Most retreats offer only Friday through Sunday, but with the extra nights stay it not only gives you an extension to your weekend away, but helps with your productivity. Imagine arriving on Thursday afternoon at 1 p.m., getting your stuff all unpacked, starting your projects, taking a break for dinner before working on more layouts and then getting a good nights rest, ready and refreshed to start bright and early on Friday morning. Your Weekend Scrapbook Retreat is All-Inclusive Here's what you get: - A themed weekend with lots of surprises. Read on for more details... We don't reveal the theme until closer to retreat time. Trust me, you will LOVE them all!! Oh, the suspense.....
- 2 or 3 nights lodging at our selected hotel (see HOTEL page for more details!) (Please note that if you do not pick a package that includes lodging at our hotel, Breakfast will NOT be included!)
- A TOP notch scrapbook store will be on site for all of your wants and needs!
- Option to add the Thursday night bonus package to your weekend. This bonus package will include an extra night of lodging, dinner and a HOT breakfast on Friday. You will, however, be on your own for lunch on Friday. The rest of your weekend will include the list below. (Please note that if you do not pick a package that includes lodging at our hotel, Breakfast will not be included!)
- All of your delicious meals, (Friday dinner, Saturday HOT breakfast, lunch & dinner, Sunday HOT breakfast and light snack for lunch) unlimited snacks and drinks will be available to you all weekend. (If you choose to purchase the Thursday night stay you will also receive dinner on Thursday night and HOT breakfast on Friday. You will be on your own for lunch on Friday.)(Please note that if you do not pick a package that includes lodging at our hotel, Breakfast will not be included!)
- Generous cropping space in our secure crop room that will be open to you to scrap all weekend. You can crop 24/7 if you wish. You can leave your stuff out until time to leave on Sunday. The crop room will be staffed around the clock for your safety and convenience.
- You will also have an option to purchase classes to attend. You will have 4-6 different classes to choose from! Classes will be released closer to retreat time.
- Unlimited use of our tool table, which includes a Cricut, Cricut cartridges, painting station, sewing machine, etc.
- Friday night special snack bar.
- Saturday night special snack bar.
- We will have contests with fun & unique categories to fit everyones layouts/projects. First, second and third place prizes will be awarded for each category in an awards ceremony.
- The TOP THAT! clearance table will be available to those of you wanting to sell your extra scrapbooking supplies to those attending the retreat. (be sure to have change on-hand if you have items for sale)
- Fun games and giveaways throughout the weekend. We are an active, hands-on, involved retreat! Be ready for lots of things going on throughout the weekend! You choose how much you would like to participate!
