Once payment is received your spot will be
reserved and you will receive a receipt.
Please be prepared to give me your information
over the phone or via email.
I will need the following information:
name
address
phone number
email
room-mates
special dietary needs and what type of package you will be choosing.
Class choices and any additional fees for classes past your free class will be updated closer to retreat time.
I would also like to know whether or not you prefer to communicate over phone, email or snail mail.
I will let you know of any
updates as I get them!
Refund & Cancellation Policies:
All money paid (excluding your $75 non-refundable
deposit) will be refunded according to the below
time line. All dates refer to the date which you notify
Top That! in writing of your cancellation.
Cancellation Dates for the
April 2012 Retreat:
February 1-15, 2012: 100% refunded
February 16-March 1, 2012: 75% refunded
March 2-14, 2012: 50% refunded
March 15-25, 2012: 25% refunded
March 25-April 26, 2012: no refund
Cancellation Dates for the
October 2012 Retreat:
August 1-15, 2012: 100% refunded
August 16-September 1, 2012: 75% refunded
September 2-14, 2012: 50% refunded
September 15-25, 2012: 25% refunded
September 25-October 25, 2012: no refund
Class refunds will exclude the cost of materials already purchased for you. "No Shows" receive No Refund and No Credit towards any events or products.
REMEMBER THAT YOUR
DEPOSIT IS NONREFUNDABLE!
TOP THAT Scrapbook Retreats reserve the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances and is not responsible for any associated cost (such as travel) incurred by the registrants. In case of cancellation by TOP THAT! Scrapbook Retreats, full refunds will be issued promptly, minus any hotel fees.
Terms of Agreement:
By submitting your registration information and paying the deposit, you agree to accept TOP THAT Scrapbook Retreats terms as follows: I confirm that all information provided herein is true and accurate, and I agree to all event policies. I hereby release TOP THAT! Scrapbook Retreats, its sponsors, its offices, agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs and expenses of any kind which arise out of or result from my attendance at the TOP THAT! Scrapbook Retreat, whether or not foreseeable, including without limitation, personal injuries to me or my invitees. With my attendance at the event, I realize that I may be included in publicity photos. I hereby give my consent for the use of these photos and/or comments in future TOP THAT! Scrapbook Retreat promotional materials.
